What was the sizing like on the phase 8 navy janice?

I know I am behind the times...but humour me. Was one of those purchases that I always wished I had made when it was too late. Anyway have tracked it down but don't know whether to go for an 8 or 10. I am 5 6" size 8 - 10 depending on shop. Any janice wearers?

Go for the 10 - I'm a 10/12 and definitely needed the 12 as it's quite clingy especially if you want to compare it to the stripey one. I think that's still available to buy/try on in store or places like HofF

Oh, and I believe it shrinks too.

Definitely go for the 10. I'm an 8-10 at the moment and have it in a 12 as I find it more flattering that way. Skimming rather than clinging to every lump and bump! I haven't washed it yet but did find the stripy one shrank a bit. HTH

The navy one shrinks more than the stripy one - by quite a bit so go large!

Where'd you find it?

Thanks for the replies v.useful. Have gone for the 10 and think it will have to be dry cleaned given all this talk of shrinking.
