Best mascara for daytime?

I need to get a new mascara, but wondered if anyone could reccomend a particulary good one. It for daytime use & I don't wear much make up, so I need something thats quite natural, rather than something that will give me really fake looking lashes.

Green People, it's natural (ie no chemicals) and doesn't flake either

Max Factor Masterpiece Max is lovely. It does lengthen but it separates your lashes really well so they don't look fake, just nice and feathery.

Has anyone else got any suggestions before I hit the town tomorrow?

I always suggest Clinique curling mascara. It's a nice consistency and doesn't smudge at all. For the difference between day and night I'd say it's more about how much you put on than actual mascara.

I live in the black Lancome Hypnose (and can confirm after a few spontaneous test sessions in the past few days - if you don't rub your eyes whilst crying it does not budge, even if it isn't the waterproof one).

If you're keen on looking natural, maybe get a dark brown one? I used to do that at school and I was the only one who never got hauled up for having too much make up on...

the MaxFactor one is good too though. But not in waterproof - mine went all clumpy and was a pain to get off.
