what colours go well with Brown?

I have some Brown skirts / trousers in my wardrobe which don't get worn very often because I'm never sure what colour tops to pair them with.

What colours would you wear with them?

turqoise
duck egg blue
teal
coral
lemon
rusty orange
pink
lime

I always like red, green or cream with brown

hmmm I don't own anything in the majority of those colours!

Love pastel blue and pale pink with brown also all shades of green.

navy blue, black, red. I usually wear brown tops with jeans so I can't really put them with brown bottoms.

I like black with brown , bit wintery though.
Not keen on red with brown myself.

In my opinion: always choose a colour that reflects light upwards onto to your face, enhancing your dominant features (be it, eyes, hair, skin tone) - or keep it neutral and accentuate with accessories - remember your body shape though!

If the only colours you wear are navy blue, black and red, I think it's time for a shopping trip!

I agree with most of the suggestions here (particularly pastel colours and cream) but if I ever try to wear brown with either yellow or green I never quite make it out of the house without changing - I feel I look like either an oversized brownie (of the girl guide not the chocolate cake variety) or a tree.

Anything but the colours you've suggested! Maybe black in the winter. I like brown riding boots with a black dress or skirt.

Navy goes with beige/sand though.

Thanks all - I opened my wardrobe yesterday to see what colours I have in there and they are all dull, dull, dull! I can add grey to my very rubbish list! I'm going for a colour me beautiful session soon and then I'm going to fill my wardrobe with lots of lovely colours
