How would you accessorise this dress?

I've found this dress that I love, but really can't find any accessories (particularly shoes) to go with.

Do I have to just go a little bit dull and wear with cream courts as they've done in picture? Am bit broke as well (due to having to pay for the event itself - ds's naming!), so although can spend a bit of money, not much really (£40 max for shoes I think).

Please help me!

Would keep the jewellery on the minimal side (silver or maybe pearls) and would go for a non-navy bag to avoid too much matchy-ness.

I actually don't think the cream shoes match it - the dress looks more white based to me?
