All of a sudden I'm noticing frown lines....

I think I knit my brow slightly when concentrating. I have dry skin at the moment - I'm terrible at drinking fluids at the best of times - and what with the sun, I've probably been frowning/squinting quite a bit. I am not ready for wrinkles yet! They have suddenly appeared within the last month.

So, what is the best way (barring anything more extreme like Botox) to reduce them and prevent any more? Is it possible that this is mostly down to dehydration? I seem to lack a thirst reflex, as I could easily go most of the day without drinking. Not good, I know, and I'm working on it.

I have the Boots No 7 serum stuff, but don't think it does that much.

How old are you? I'm 31 this year and having botox soon for frown lines. I've tried everything else!

It's a terrible habit I have of frowning, then when I realise I'm frowning I raise my eyebrows - this has given me a line across my forehead too.

Anyway I've tried stick on patches to stop you frowning which work great at night but not wearable in the day, various creams, more water etc but nope. So it's botox for me I'm afraid.

argeline?? I think medik8 do something that freezes the frown lines, but you would have to google.

Website is effortless skin.

Good luck!

Oh and egg whites freeze and stiffen you up to....

Bother, I had a feeling botox was the only answer really. I've had a look at Argireline and there are some mixed reviews on it, so I probably won't go for that. Thanks all, I appreciate your answers!
