I started mid-feb.
I am much more toned. I weigh a pound less than pre baby (she is 23 weeks).
After 30 days I could feel my tummy muscles and my back stopped aching.
I do some of the other dvds now, about 5 times a week, just because I like being so much fitter.
Don't give up you'll want to because level 2 is a bitch I think that it is only a short bit of time I need to do it, and I've really seen benefits.
Also your knees will stop hurting after one go round
