I phoned today to ask if I could exchange some sale items for different colours etc at sale price and the answer was NO.

Best code I got was 20% off if you spend over £120 (A 893) if anyone wants.

Surely if the colours you want to exchange for were in the sale then they should honour that? I know not all colours were available at sale prices so perhaps that's why?

This is surprising - I've exchanged items on offer before. I guess the colours you're wanting weren't in the sale??

IAmRubyLennox · 03/05/2011 11:53

that's a shame.

Often they're quite generous. Somehow, DH & I have each got an account with them, and last week they sent us each a ten pound voucher.

I was really amazed, but I was able to use both the voucher codes, plus a 15% off code, plus free p&p, so a £25 top cost me £1.25!!

(this isn't making you feel better, is it? Grin)

Lo, Ruby!

I think it's because it was sale and the items are now non sale. It's not to do with the colours.

I have returned it all and placed another order with 15% off.
