Since the old thread is full this is a new shiney one. However for those with failing eyesight who needed the thread split (see old thread) I have created another one too -

For those ladies trying to combat the fading with exercise I have started a thread on the sport / exercise section.

I was going to start a menopausal drive towards gardening thread. but then could not decide whether to put it under the gardening or menopausal section!!!!!! Grin Since I am the worst gardener out, I am hopng the menopausal drive to be out in the garden will miraculously transform me in to having green fingers along with the thickened waistline and inappropriate clothing. So please can someone create a gardening thread and link it here for us elderly novice gardeners - thank you!~!!! Brew

I rather liked the talk of trimming lady gardens alongside trimming the garden hedge Wink

I can't run (joint issues), but doing aquarobics which is full of 'ladies of a certain age'. Star jumps in water is more forgiving of the ol pelvic floor Smile

I thought that the garden and gunt things went well together too!!! I have joint issues but ignoring them for a bit!
