Children's suncream without yellow stains on clothes??

Hello - I've had trouble this year and last year finding children's suncream that doesn't leave permanent yellow stains on light-coloured clothing. I've had stuff in the past that doesn't, but can't find anything now. Any recommendations from anyone who has a tried and tested favourite? Thank you!

Green people childs sunscreen. I rub it on my DS alot and not seen any yellow stains as yet.

Sorry no recommendations but I personally stick to the trusted brands, which can stain (caused by the filter in the cream). They lead the pack by a long way in terms of protection and that is more important than a stained t-shirt collar.

Soltan invisible from Boots. So far so good and SPF 50 and 5 stars.

Ooh I'm going to try Morags. With 3 kids, it gets expensive to replace shirts all the time :)

The only problem with the invisible ones is that they are alcohol based so can be drying and stinging if your child has dry skin. Don't worry about the branding, it would be illegal to sell a lotion that doesn't offer the protection indicated. Soltan is 2 for 1 at the moment and they now offer the lotions that last several hours!

for nursery aged children we cream them undressed, solves the problem.

Superdrug do an own brand suncream (factor 50) for babies. We use it on all of us and it doesn't stain.

Thank you for all your replies. MrsSnow, do you mean the solait cream, white tube with red cap (just looked on Superdrug website)?

Piz Buin 1 Day Long lotion seems really good.

Factor 30 and 5* rating and doesn't stain clothes
