Imedeen (or similar) does it work?

Just wondering if anyone has taken Imedeen or any similar product to improve skin? Visible results? Worth the money?

yes i think that perfectil are really good and cheaper

Bumping for the evening crowd - I'll have the oppotunity to go to a large Boots tomorrow and am stilll in the to buy or not to dither..
