Can you post a photo? It's hard to say without seeing... failing that, can you describe your hair type and features?

What shape face have you got? Do you have big/small eyes, nose, mouth. Are you dark/fair/redhead? All these make a difference, but here are some to think about.

Thanks for the replies. It's currently highlighted blonde (naturally light brown/dark blonde) using 3 different colours. It's straight but can go wavy if left to its own devices-it's "fine but there's lots of it" to quote hairdresser. I have a round face with pretty standard features I suppose! If pushed my eyes are my biggest/most prominent feature (blue).
I know it's difficult but any suggestions welcomed. (I currently have a layered shoulder length style.)
