classy 80s help please

Is this an impossible challenge? I'm going to a hen weekend in August - 80s theme. Not costume though, just nice 80s style clothes.

So I need an 80s day and night outfit. I'm a size 14 5'8 Apple, with huge norkage, broad shoulders, big tum, smallish bum and good legs. Pale skin, mid brown hair.

Please help me!

Body-con was big in the 80s, and it's around now - though hard on those no longer of Christy Turlington proportions.

Armani suit, big shoulders also 80s.

You could go for alt-80s - lots of black, and sunglasses, tight (black) jeans, clack jersey top.

Then there was that ubiquitous black mini-skirt, coloured tights, black T-shirt/body, black jacket and coloured accesories (gloves, scarf, etc.) to match tights. That was v. 80s.

And then the relatively easy large t-shirt, black jacket, leggings thing which would be easy to put together, and would accentuate your legs.

Get a vintage dress:

Channel whatserface from Ashes to Ashes and wear chunky earrings and court shoes, perhaps with lace tights.

What should I wear during the day? I've been flirting with turned up chinos anyway at the moment, but what should I wear on top?

Black lacy corset top and lots of crucifixes. lace fingerless gloves and leather thongs around wrists.
