What to wear with this dress for a wedding?

I've bought this dress for a wedding next weekend and I'm having a nightmare finding accessories and now I'm beginning to think it's not smart enough for a wedding at all - help!

I got these shoes first, but took them back because they didn't really match (I preferred the gold, but sold out in my size everywhere). Today I got these which I love, but the whole outfit just seems too casual now. My feet are quite wide so I can't wear delicate shoes, but I do like heels.

I also need some sort of cover-up, especially as I'll be BFing DD (3 months) at the wedding but I really dislike pashmina-type things. Maybe a black shrug? And a gold clutch/gold jewellery to dress the whole thing up at bit?
