Yes, it is the saggy boob question again. It is not the most important thing but it would really help my confidence if i could feel a little better about them. I have started doing chest exercises after waiting 5yrs for them to 'recover' from breastfeeding two kids. I am hoping the exercises will help but so far, nothing. I have read about the brava enhancement bras, has anyone used them or heard about them anecdotaly?

I am doing press ups, forearem grips and curling my fingers and pulling for 5 seconds ten times a go. I just discovered a Marie Claire channel on youtube that gives tips on how to do an exercise using 500g dumbells as well. I have never been an exercise person or gone to the gym. I walk a lot and i am quite lazy about breaking a sweat but now feel i want to feel more confident about my breasts which are no longer firm so i am giving it a go.
