Right, following the bashing I got on my last thread, I have been sopping this afternoon and purchased a dress. Can't find a picture of it but have found a piccie of a skirt that's similar style and then I try and describe the rest.

Right the skirt is basically the shape of the bottom of the dress although the dress has more of an uneven material and seems to be more panelled. The sash across the waist is identical to that of the dress, the top of the dress is a plain V neck at the front but a very deep V at the back. The buttons on the side of the skirt in the picture are the same although they are silver on the dress (imagine military style but not OTT).

So my next question is what accessories and is a shoe job or a long boot job?

Boots, as long as your legs are ok and I would probably go for a dramatic dark necklace and maybe bracelet. Or a skinny scarf - one of those sequinned ones. And during the day you could wear one of those military style jackets over the top - I saw a couple of nice ones in Topshop (but they're no good if you've got a big bust). Sounds like a fab dress!

Thanks Satine. Struggling with the boots, fancy wearing them although DP finds it hard to stop calling them "f*ck me boots". every pair i picked up today he had a funny look on his face.

The dress sounds very feminine i think shoes would be better than boots.More elegant.
