it's so expensive, has anyone found a good place to buy it?

TK Maxx always has loads of good buys

Chocamochalatte · 26/04/2011 16:39

I do look at it in there but worry how long it's been sat on the shelves, also it never seems that much cheaper...

Malibu is always cheap and smells nice, usually around £3. Think Superdrug stock it.

(not the drink btw :))

It's buy 1 get 1 free in Boots at the moment.

What's Malibu like 1gglePiggle? Is it suitable for someone who burns easily?

Ambre Solaire Moisturising Spray F15/20/30 200Ml in Tesco is 9.99 atm, but if you buy 1 seperate to your regular shop, then enter it into the tesco price check thing, you should get a voucher back for 9.98. (it costs £5 in asda, so tesco give you double the difference) making the bottle 1p.
(This is valid today, but if prices change, so will the voucher amount, so check the two sites on the day you go to shop)

I bought the Piz Buin 1 Day Long lotion as recommended on here. Have only been applying once and seems to last well.

It does cost £19.00 a bottle but so far has been really good, it's Factor 30 plus 5* UVA rating. Also doesn't seem to stain clothes which I really hate, especially on ds's white school polo shirts.

In Boots it's on BOGOF so although not cheap, I think it will last us quite a while. 200ml bottles.

MIL said that asdas own brand has consistently beaten expensive brands in the times for three years. Its 2 for £5!

olympialimpet · 28/04/2011 13:17

Yes would also recommend Asda own brand. It came out on top in the Which? survey last year.

Only thing I dislike about is it the staining on summer clothes

Avon stuff is pretty good too, on offer at the moment here
