i'm confused. I just looked at a top and it comes in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16.

does anyone look at h and m sizes?

it says one thing on the tag and another on the label, neither of which correspond to the garment

YY, totally agree.

12-14 would be the ideal size for me.

If you are a podgy curvy 12 like me then there is no hope of fitting in 10-12 but 14-16 is too baggy.

12-14 in some shops is good for me, but sometimes too small.

14-16 always too big.

I am a 13-14

Depends what it is.

Bottom half garments prefer 10-12
Tops probably 8-10 although more likely just want 8.
Dresses would want 8-10
