How can I fade acne scars on back?

I truly hate the acne scars on my back. Have got the acne under control now using an antibiotic lotion, but need to tackle the scarring.

My skin is prone to scarring anyway and I have clusters of dark patches of scarring on my back. Nice - not!

I've just started using Bio Oil, but not sure if this will work.

Any suggestions?

I have had microdermabrasion on the acne scars on my face, which worked reall well, but haven't tried it on my back yet. I am going to have a 'back shine' treatment but don't know yet how well it will work.

Bio-oil is brilliant for all scars!
