My mum has the same 'problem'. Is it genetic?

Fairly sure it is, I and most of my older female relatives have it : ( Think the general consesus is that you're stuck with it. One thing I do find helps is Clinique pore minimiser, albeit a temporary affect. I use the colourless one under my foundation but I have tried the skin coloured version too and its v v good also.

ooh I've just "cured" mine. I was staring at my mum's nose a couple of months ago and wondering what is was about it I disliked so much - open pores! Came home and stared at mine and realised I was going the same way. I've bought some pore stuff from No.7 and it is amazing - I would say the open pores are reduced to about 20 %. You really can hardly see them. Was about a tenner I think
