Anyone used a navy eyeliner (to make eyes look whiter)

Read that in a mag the other day - is it true??

not sure but purple does make my eyes greener so it might be true

Purple makes my boring hazel eyes 'pop'. No idea about navy though sorry.

I have a navy eyeliner (MAC something-or-other) and I think that was one of my reasons for buying it . . . several years ago. It does make the whites look whiter but I don't usually wear it because navy is still blue and blue is generally too much for my look.
