Best anti-wrinkle advice for 'mature' skin?

So far, my skin has been pretty unlined - I use a mix of Liz Earle and Clarins, try to slap on the sunscreen, drink water etc etc....so far, so good. In the last month or so though I have noticed a lot more wrinkling, around my lips (I smoked years ago) and on my cheeks - those fine, dry lines. I'm 48, so reckon I've been lucky so far, and can't escape the wrinkles for ever, but really don't like seeing them!! Any recommendations/tips?

Glycolic or retinoids on prescription (you'll be assessed for suitability as can cause sensitivity) Or you could try these products at bravuralondon.co.uk or paula's choice resist - two brands of high dose glycolic available OTC. Patch test goes without saying!

Continue using broad spectrum sunscreen of around 40-50 SPF

Everything else, and almost all $$$ fancy schmantzy creams, is like moving the chairs on the Titanic.

Or you can go the botox route, which isn't suitable for all areas. Some people swear by fillers (only EVER go for the non-permanent) but my dermatologist doctor doesn't like them.
