W&A ones help me find a dress for Henley

Will be in stewards enclosure where the dress codes says it must be BELOW the knee. Where on earth am I going to find a dress below the knee that doesn't look frumpy? Am 5ft 5 Size 12, dark skinned. Will be wearing heels or wedges so that will rule out maxis. Happy to pay £££ for something lovely.

I didn't see many hats last year so i wouldnt bother unless there's something you absolutely love. You probably already know this but regarding footwear, i'd really go with wedges or flats as it gets pretty muddy and it's hard to look fantastic whilst sinking in 5 inch heels...
