Disobedient leg hair

Please advise Sad Have been epilating, exfoliating, moisturising and using Tend Skin on my legs. Was great for a week or 2 but now the hair is growing flat UNDER the skin, especially on my shins. Can't believe it. Dug millions of the buggers out yesterday and now my legs have little red scabs all over. Hope it's sunny tomorrow- NOT. Anyone know of a miracle cure?? Please??

grow it. plucked chicken legs are so passe.

My legs were mucked up by eplilating years ago. I was pulling out in-growing ones for weeks.

Waxing seems to give me a better result, but all the exfoliating and moisturising in the world still leaves me with some in-growing hairs. I assume it's because the hair is very thick.

I found that when I first started epilating, it did get better as the hairs got weaker, but it's probably best to wait until winter when your legs won't be shown.
I rarely get any ingrown hairs now.

Def less flat hairs with waxing and yes I'm dark and very hairy too. Epilating appealed because I could do it much more frequently. I can live with some ingrowns- expect them tbh. Netto - are you still epilating?
