What to wear with Phase Eight pleated dress

I have got a gorgeous Phase Eight pleated dress, colour Sable, to wear to a wedding in May. I am not very good with accessorizing so can anyone give me some tips on what would look good with it! I need some sort of jacket or shrug in case the weather isn't great ,but really don't know what would suit and what colour to get. I guess the same colour as dress would be good!!

I'm rubbish at this sort of thing!! Help!! Confused

Do you have a link to the dress. Not sure what it looks like or what colour it is!

Hope that works!!!

A shrug/short cardi in ream or pale pinkn would look good with that, I think. Phase Eight are usually good at having things to make an outfit - take a look on the rack in Phase Eight and I'm sure you will find something or get ideas from there. A corsage in a colour close to the dress on the shrug/cardi would also look good I think. I would keep the texture of the shrug/cardi flat as there is enough texture on the dress.

Maybe a chunky bangle too (I can't tell from my screen how good a match the colours are, sorry)? www.phase-eight.co.uk/fcp/product/warehouse/Jewellery/Metal-Square-Bracelet/702209158

I am a big fan of Phase Eight, I must admit. Good for workwear this season as well as occasionwear.

Great thanks for that! I'll have a look! What about shoes? What colour!!

Don't think about trying to 'match' shoes. You're best bet IMO is to go for a nude colour

Right, thanks. That's given me a lot of help, I'm on the case now. Thanks for the help!!
