I like that, but I always thought Isabella Oliver was for maternity clothes?

cornsilkily · 13/04/2011 16:19

the 365 range isn't maternity
have ordered it anyway Grin

really lovely..

beware. i have had a nightmare with them. their sizes are bonkers, they charged my credit card twice and denied it, only refunding months later after my bank launched a fraud enquiry. I wrote to complain about their charging me delivery and returns when their sizing is so unreliable and I had returned my entire order. They completely ignored me, despite my phoning to ask why so long for my refund. Their customer service number is a call centre.

HappyAsIAm · 13/04/2011 16:37

Love it. Great colour and style. Have you oerdered from them before? I find that their things come up longer than average.

cornsilkily · 13/04/2011 17:45

fishie Shock that's awful! will keep an eye on my account.
yes have ordered before - their sizes are definitely hard to judge. I have the ruched jersey dress so am ordering this one in the same size and hoping for the best! I don't mind long dresses with my horrible knees Grin

They have some Isabella Oliver stuff on secretsales.com (just popped over there to look at Great Plains range as recommended by moragbellingham )

cornsilkily · 13/04/2011 17:49

lovely dress but I do second the warnings about very slow returns and sloppy service.

Me too - not a professional approach like, for example, Boden. Not impressed, particularly given prices.
