shop.hm.com/gb/shoppingwindow?dept=DAM_KLAKJ_KJO&shoptype=S Page 3 - the red skirt and white blouse.

Thinking of wearing this to interview with black shoes. What jacket (not too dear) would look good with it?

It is for a sales job in a company that says it is: We are a young, ambitious, growing team. We like to have fun.

I only have a cheap skirt suit in grey from Asda and thought something like the above (which would suit me very well) would look better? But what jacket should i wear? My suit also is a bit baggy as i have recently lost weight - so not flattering.

I also have a dress from H and M shop.hm.com/gb/shoppingwindow?dept=DAM_KLAKJ_KLA&shoptype=S page 20, 2nd one, if you think this would look okay, but again, dont know what to wear over it?

I am assuming a nice cardigan wouldnt do for an interview?

I would go with a navy jersey blazer with the sleeves rolled up if you are going for a smart but not formal look. It will work with either outfit and is a versatile piece to have.

Out of the two outfits my preference is for the dress but then it depends on what suits you so go with what looks good/flatters.

i would wear beige shoes normally with the dress, and black ones with the red skirt - i dont have navy shoes, would the navy go with black or beige shoes?

Navy goes with most things, i wear a navy jacket with black shoes, tan looks great with navy. It really depends how its done, there are no hard and fast rules. Often mixing textures like navy jersey/black patent etc helps it look more deliberate rather than odd. I do mix navy and black a lot though.

I prefer blazers that have fitted sleeves but are not tight in the body. I rarely fasten mine so it hangs neatly but not baggy.
