What type of haircut should I get?

Going to my first professional haircut in a long time and don't know what would suit me. My hair is very fine and flyaway and I have quite a square face. Quite like the idea of an inverted bob? Any opinions would be gratefully received!!

good for you, it's lovely to be going for a proper haircut, I had my first one for ages a fortnight ago (years of young dc and no time/money)
as for styles, why not have a look online? you can find suggestions that are supposed to suit your face shape. Are you going to a recommended hairdresser? you can ask for advice there, also.
One thing I would say is step out of the comfort zone and be as bold as you can. I had my no style shoulder length hair cut into a bob with a fringe and it gave me a massive boost. Someone I know went to the same hairdresser after she saw mine but despite paying the full whack she settled for a fairly tame trim, and missed out on the full 'new you' benefit. But that's just my opinion - I had spent the last 5 years in jeans and grungy jumpers and radical measures were called for!
