i have used it before and was very happy.
it covered my mega stubborn greys and wasn't too messy. :)
i used it again on saturday. NOT HAPPY!
it dripped everywhere! i'm normally very tidy with hair dye but this got all over the place.
i rinsed it till it ran clear, and then some more, conditioned and rinsed again. as instructed. i now have a cream towel ruined with pale reddy/brown smudges. this has never happened with any hair dye before.
and on day 3 it has washed off my white hairs so they are no longer 'mocha' but blonde!
is it me or is it different?
can you suggest an alternative?
