I have some decent and some cheap make up but rarely wear it, maybe twice a year. Is it tim to bin after being opened for a certai length of time?

I am not pretty at all but do look better with make up on. I just feel self concious like I am trying to be something I am not.

Iirc, dry stuff like eyeshadow is fine to keep for a while, but mascaras can harbour a lot of bacteria and should be changed every few months. Obviously if you have any cold sores, styes, infections etc then bin any make up that may have come into contact with them.

Thanks for answering me Smile.

I guess there is no point keeping stuff I don't wear. Mascaras can go and iirc doesn't smell very nice when it is only fit for the bin.
