What do you wear when you go running?

ok, probably not style, although I don't want to look rough! I have the trainers. I need the rest.

I will be running home from work each day so around 15 min run, so will need a small packpack that sits well and comfortably (shoes, work clothes, they can be scrunched up relatively small).

I have about £50 to spend, give or take a few pounds.

John Lewis have reasonably priced running wear. I wear looser exercise trousers and a t shirt. Just make sure you've got a half decent sports bra!

Running tights, of various lengths - I'm just about to buy a short pair for the summer. They are so...o...o comfy. I wish the rest of my clothes felt like this. I also feel the urge to acquire a sleeveless top, now the warmer weather is coming.

You might get more replies - especially about the backpack, if you ask on one fo the running threads in the sports section.

I've just started Couch to 5k and at the moment my 'running gear' consists of ancient grey 'lounge pants' and a t-shirt plus v clean white trainers and little white Adidas socks! I want to get some of those capri-type running trousers.

I went to an outlet and got really cheap stuff - but bought a decent shock absorber bra. I also have a vest with integral bra (also Shock Absorber) which I got on Ebay
