I know it has been done a million times already....but come and help me find a dress/long top for a party?

I am desperately trying to find a long tunic-type top or a short dress that will look good with black leggings and high heels for a hen do/birthday party that I have got coming up.

I am tallish, size 14 with shapely legs (as long as the top/dress comes to about mid-thigh length). Do have a bit of a tum which I am paranoid about so want something that disguises that.

Don't have a great deal of money to spend and have trawled all my usual shops and can't find anything

Please come and help - colourful/bright patterns would be preferable
