What would you think of someone who wore a necklace with a biscuit on it?

I may be mad, but I think this party ring necklace is quite cool. Have I lost my mind? I would draw the line at a bourbon though...

stylenotfashion · 08/04/2011 13:43

It's a NO from me.

Karbea · 08/04/2011 13:44

Cute - something a teenager might like???

ShowOfHands · 08/04/2011 13:47

I have a gingerbread man on my necklace. I care not what other people think.

dottyaboutstripes · 08/04/2011 13:49

Biscuit yum

flimflammery · 08/04/2011 13:52

That they were keeping it for later just in case

tethersend · 08/04/2011 14:29

My friend made a custard cream handbag here

Moulesfrites · 08/04/2011 14:36

Actually tether, that's quite funky!

So is no one going to tell me that the party ring necklace will make me look the epitome of style...

It'd make me hungry Grin, I like the party ring, the bourbon brooch looks like a poo! I saw a picture of someone wearing a licorice allsort necklace the other day, I really wanted it Blush

transferbalance · 08/04/2011 14:39

my dd would like them - but she is 8 Grin

DonaAna · 08/04/2011 14:44

Depends on what else you will wear it with. If "fun" colors and Christmas sweaters, no. But if you wear a deconstructed all-black outfit and some killer shoe boots, then maybe.

I once knew someone who wore pasta shapes (actual ones) as a necklace. Not a look I would recommend - it's a fine line to walk, you can easily look in the care of community.

GetOrfMoiLand · 08/04/2011 14:48

I would assume that they fell in love with Floella Benjamin on Playschool because she used to wear polos (real ones!) in her earrings.

It's a no from me, is something my daughter would love though.

Agree that it is for teens I expect. But tbh I am not a jewellery lover anyway.

womma · 08/04/2011 14:50

They're fun but if I wore one I'd be ambushed by a two year old intent on eating it. And that wouldn't make my day any easier.

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 08/04/2011 14:55

The jammy dodger pearl necklace made me , and also think that it's a phrase which would please both me and DH.

ConstanceFelicity · 08/04/2011 14:55

Ooooh yes! I love them! (Disclaimer, I'm on a diet and this may be affecting my judgement here) :o

transferbalance · 08/04/2011 14:59

noddyholder · 08/04/2011 15:08

Ok for a teenager being ironic but not a grown up

cybbo · 08/04/2011 15:11

Iloveshoes001 · 08/04/2011 16:04

Made me laugh but wouldn't be seen dead in it...

ElenStone · 11/04/2011 22:12

I think you'd be in trouble around any young children ... they're bad enough at snatching jewellery without making it look like biscuits ;)
