Is April too early for glads?

I want to wear flat sandals for uni today - is it too early though? Forcast is for 19 and I am spending the afternoon in the pub...

I tend to think they should be saved until the start of May though I realise that's a bit irrational. I wore my clogs for the first time yesterday but they are quite covered on the foot. I have seen lots of women (here in London) in glads so you won't look out of place. What are you going to wear them with?

a friend of mine said "dress for the weather not the season" I wore my wedge sandals yesterday, it was up to 21 degrees! I'd say go for it!

It was 21 degrees in London yesterday. Sandals of any description perfectly acceptable in that weather.

On GMTV the Marie Claire style director said they were still very much 'in' for this season and linked to some lovely ones from Boohoo.com

I have worn flat strappy sandals a few times in the last couple of weeks.

I think they're definitely still in - it's amazing how many years they've been around now. I'm getting a little bored with most of them myself, but I guess they've become a sort of 'classic', like ballet flats.

Plenty of people in glads and flip flops yesterday - how can it be too early if the weather is OK? Tho I'm probably not the right person to pass judgement as have been running around mostly barefoot for the last few days Hmm

Agree that you should wear whatever is weather appropriate. If its warm enough put them on.

But yes, please ensure your tootsies are sandal-worthy Wink

I wore them.

Feet are ALWAYS sandal ready.
