What brand has a hibiscus flower logo?

I saw someone wearing a lovely top the other day with a hibiscus flower as the zip pull. I'd love to track it down but can't work out what brand it was - I'm thinking one of the surfy ones like Fat Face or Mantaray except it's not them! Any ideas?

roxy by quiksilver? pretty sure it used to have that logo.
