to a christening at 39.5wks pregnant??? Please help!

Additional info:
I'm 24, size 12, put on 1.5stone(all bump), 5ft8, 34e, brunette, usual style is Zara/reiss, don't want to spend lots of £ as hopefully it will never fit me again, oooh and I've given up on wearing heels...

I've never actually done it but "does my tum look big in this" is the one I've heard of - suspect there are a few
