I have a wedding on Friday.

I have a green dress.

I have black suede shoes.

I have no handbag.

I don't know handbag etiquette.

I know that, technically, my bag should match my shoes.

I know I don't think a black suede bag is very weddingy.

I don't know if I go nudey bag (have something that might do), or green bag or just opt for a Tesco carrier.

Help please! Need to make online purchase today I think!

I think a small black clutch would work

vintage crocodile off eBay will match anything. Anything classic and on the dainty side and structured would look nice (which is why I suggest a vintage bag or clutch)

you don't have to match shoes and handbag (unless you are the Queen and wear Hartnell)

I'm wearing this coat with this dress and Chie Mihara shoes a bit like these with opaque black tights.

............and.........to be honest.........I'm having a "FATMONTH" and doubting everything I'm thinking of......so I'm actually thinking of wearing cream wide legged trousers and a dark red silk halterneck instead. Its tried and tested a million times [boring].

looks like it might be tricky to find a bag to go with it. Would def not go with nude. V small and black might actually be OK?

I think I might go with the feathers. I can't get around shoes and bag being very different.
