Can I wear a long sleeved white shirt, jeans and heels?

Want to be super comfy going to a nice pub for dinner.

Want to look nice, like I've made an effort, however, don't have much in my wardrobe at the moment.

I have a pair of lovely jeans, fit really well. Was thinking of wearing it with a long sleeved white t shirt, tucked in, and possibly a cardigan or blazer (problem is the blazer fits well, but the buttons don't close)

Will wear with medium sized heels.

Is this ok sounding? What necklace should I wear, and can I wear some bangles with a longs sleeved shirt?

Chunky necklace so looks casualish?

Is shirt tailored? Would it look good not tucked in? poss with a belt?

Sounds fine. You need either a chunky necklace or you could wear a gold pendant. Yes, to bangles.

Don't worry about the blazer not closing - it will look better left open. Push the sleeves up with a little or all of your white long sleeve top showing beneath.

Wear a belt if you have one. It will just add a slightly smarter edge.

The only thing I would add is a scarf but then I am never knowingly without one!

This stylist wears a lot in the style you describe. Have a look through for some inspiration :)

Ooh I like that blog tulpe - thanks, have bookmarked.

OP your outfit sounds good - might go and look for a blazer myself, haven't worn one for years.

oh god does that woman wear anything but black and grey? The only outfit I thought "hmm nice" was the one where she was wearing the red coat.

I'm with Tulpe, a scarf can add a lot of style & colour (knots today's choice)!

Sounds good but don't roll up sleeves of blazer. Pet hate of mine. It is not the 80s. You are not in Miami Vice.

Bangles good. Chunky necklace or largish pendant

Can I hijack and ask, can you manage a scarf with a short neck? I always feel frumpy and wonder if it is just my shape?
