Opinions on this dress?

I know, I know, yes, it's Viyella, but I saw it in the window in passing, and thought, well, might as well try it on ... and... it looked excellent. I managed to get out without buying it and am now wondering... what do you think, ladies?

yes the picture does make it look really long but actually it isn't I might have to take it up an inch or so but then I'm only 5'4" most maxi dresses form a puddle of material at my feet.

it'd be awful on me cos i'm short, but if you're really really tall then i think it'd be nice on you. I don't think it looks frumpy or whatever a viyella dress is supposed to look like!
