sports wear with an mp3 pocket/ pocket for my door key?

I started jogging in the winter when i could wear a jacket with a pocket for my keys and mp3. Now it's getting warmer I'm wondering what I could wear?

I've looked at a few sports stores, but the only clothes with pockets in are for really fit sporty people, who are slim and look good in tight lycra. I don't. I saw a lady jogging yesterday with a bumbag and I don't think this quite the look for me! Blush

Hope someone can help,

Oh, I've got a hyoooge arse and I wear those lycra capri-pant things. With a baggy t-shirt over the top all your wobbly bits are covered. I think they're actually a bit more flattering than a baggy/voluminous/thick jogging bottom, TBH, and you will find that running is much easier/more aerodynamic/less hot & sweaty. They wash and dry quicker, too.

COME OVER TO THE CAPRI PANT DARK SIDE.

I get them from Decathlon for about a tenner, and they have a little inbuilt pocket to the waistband which is enough for a small bunch of keys. I clip my mp3 player to my waistband with a special clip which someone bought me with the player.

When I used to run, I had a nifty little zip-up key pocket which attached to my trainer laces. And either an armband or a shuffle with a built-in clip.

Tchibo used to do lots of running stuff with built in pockets, zips, etc, but they've closed down in the UK now. I've started using a wrist thingy that I bought in New York, but can't find one over here.

Did find this on Amazon though, which could work if you can't find the right clothing.

I had been looking at the capri pants undertone, but a baggy t shirt to cover my wobbly bits would be essential. What I really need is an invisibility cloak.

I didn't know armbands existed and think they're a fab idea and think I'll get one of them to keep my keys in and find clothing for my MP3, as I think I'd look strange with wires from my MP3 coming from my arm to my ears!

I looked at M&S talkingnonsense and found capri trousers with a zipped pocket! Perfection! (I'm too flabby to wear a running vest- the world isn't ready to see my flab flapping in the wind!)

Thanks for all the useful info. I'll be all set to run when it's warmer now.
