and if so are they any good. There always seem to be lots of offers when I go into Boots but I dont know much about their range x

I've started to use their stuff now, mainly because I've seen Lisa Eldridge use a lot of the products on her videos, and the £5 vouchers help too.

The nail polishes are great and the lip liner I bought last week is brilliant. I'm going to try the Poppy King lipsticks next

stylenotfashion · 03/04/2011 19:52

The cream eyeshadows are ver ver good :)

second the eyeliners and mascaras. Off to check their nail polishes now...

starfleet · 03/04/2011 20:10

Extravagant Lashes Mascara (purple tube) is dreadful - clumpy, smells a bit fishy and takes ages to dry and has this weird sqaure plastic "brush" that is awkward to use!

Their tinted moisturiser is great though - as are the nail polishes!

ENormaSnob · 03/04/2011 20:24

The nail polishes are ok.

I really dislike everything else I've tried though tbh.

AimingForSerenity · 03/04/2011 20:28

I haven't found anything I like in it - why does stuff work well on all of you and not on me? Envy

The lipstick wore off in about 2 minutes and the nail polish in not much longer, as did the mascara. I hate it all

womma · 03/04/2011 20:38

There's a lovely range for Spring this year, but the gorgeous nail and lip range are all flippin' well sold out...

mousymouse · 03/04/2011 20:45

I like the intelligent colour foundation, really light and looks very natural. just makes me look much less tired.

moragbellingham · 03/04/2011 21:02

The eye make-up remover - the blue 2 phase one is great. It comes in a squirty type bottle so you don't use tons.

miche8 · 03/04/2011 21:05

i think its all quite nice when you have a £5 off voucher, nothing i'd pay full price for.

Bunbaker · 03/04/2011 21:36

"The lipstick wore off in about 2 minutes and the nail polish in not much longer, as did the mascara. I hate it all"

You can't be applying it correctly. With lipstick you need to apply it, blot it and then apply another coat. I have never had any problems.

I love the Protect and Perfect skincare. It really suits my skin.

Evizza · 03/04/2011 22:40

I love their micro-dermabrasion exfoliator. Makes my skin look great after using it Smile

AimingForSerenity · 03/04/2011 23:50

Bunbaker If you are using "protect and perfect", next time you go to buy it check if there is an equivalent product in Boots "TimeDelay". Someone tole me a while back that the stuff is all made in the Boots factories and is identical or very close but Time Delay is much cheaper, often around half the price.

Being a saddo I read all the ingredients on the serums and the only difference was the preservative

valiumredhead · 03/04/2011 23:55

Time Delay is lovely - that's the name of the eye cream I mentioned earlier 9 couldn't think of the name)

redbaubles · 03/04/2011 23:58

What about their make up brushes - are they any good?

Bunbaker · 04/04/2011 07:18

That's a great tip AimingForSerenity. I will have a look next time I'm in Boots.

Thanks

Librashavinganotherbiscuit · 04/04/2011 14:25

I use Time Delay as well, half the price and lovely smell.
