where do people get 'knock off' cosmetics from

as keep seeing high brands cheap on ebay etc and just wondered! don't think they're fake as just as high quality

a lot of people buy all the special offer stuff in the shops,then stick it on ebay a week or so later when the offers finished or sold out,
if you have a look at the gokwan stuff and soap and glory that was in the 3 for 2 at xmas,they are all on ebay for a discount on the rrp,but the folks selling it are making a good profit as they bought them in the 3 for 2 offer,and prob got double/triple points too)

Is some of it "end of lines" as well?

yep will be,
same with avon stuff and partylite stuff too, reps get HUGE discounts on the stuff,so they buy it on offer and sell it on ebay for cheaper than rrp

be careful, I bought benefit blushers on ebay, sellers had good reviews and both were fakes!!!!

however, i have also bought a lot of good stuff, it's pot luck really!
