can you recommend me a good foundation please?

I need to buy a good foundation and ideally I would love one that offers a good coverage to hide a few blemishes.

Any suggestions?

I have bad skin and I swear by estee Lauder double wear. It is not cheap but it is great coverage.

Jane Iredale mineral powder foundation. It's available in a loose powder and a pressed powder. Try out LOTS in daylight as the colours are very subtle in the pots but can look completely different on the skin.

They are not cheap but they have buildable coverage without any of the waxes you find in commercial 'coverage' foundations (and which are probably responsible for as many spots as hormones). Dermatologists use it to cover up surgery scarring, as its both gentle and effective.
