WHAT THE FRICK is the problem with Boden's stock management?

I caved and looked at mini boden this morning because the mothers day offer makes their stuff not quite so heinously expensive. I found a sweet top for dd and it's a 7 week wait for it. FGS How on earth do they run a business?
I won't be buying from them after all, so that's one customer lost.

Sometimes they arrive within the week!
Don't be put off, it's very hit and miss and the lead times are very inaccurate.

No I agree, it's completely rubbish, and there's no way I'm ordering something that might take 16 weeks to arrive! (even if there is a chance it might arrive sooner morag - in which case they still need to sort their stock mnaagement out!)
