another shoe thread! comfy but smart to wear with pencil skirt etc?

For work. Tan, light brown or creamy colour

Mustnt show loads of foot (coz i have ugly feet), but be spring/summery, and suitable to wear with fitted work dress or pencil skirt and blouse look.

Must be reasonably comfortable as i have a verucca on the ball of one foot that is currently being treated and can be extremely painful sometimes!

Mustnt be frumpy.

I like wedges but not tooo high. I dont like totally flat shoes. They must be okay to wear with nude tights.

Is this possible?

I like those voiceofnoreason - but too dear for me unfortunately! Maximum spend would be about £40 :(

Any other ideas that are cheaper?
