Eye liner contortionist

Is it just me? I can apply eye liner to my right eye without too much trouble. But I have huge problems with my left eye. Everything's wrong. Odd angles, limbs in the way, blinky eyes. I always need eye makeup remover to hand just in case it needs removing completely so I can start again fixing. I get there in the end but would so love to able to do swipe swipe, and that's it.

How many readers of that post will have crossed their arms and pretended to apply liner? Great tip though oldbag thanks.

I don't tend to use eye liner on my bottom lashes. Not sure if that makes me weird, but it seems to look fine without...ummm....I'm pretty sure. Must experiment though.

If you have a mirror that you don't have to hold try just holding your right arm, about 1/3 of the way down, just past your wrist to keep it steady whilst applying your liner.

you should be lifting eyelid and pushing eyeliner into the lash line with flat edged brush
enough with the flicky eyeliner !!!!!!!!
