Stylish rucksack

Does such a thing exist?

As the evenings lengthen, I would like to start walking home from work and I need something to put my things in, as I find walking with a handbag bad for my posture, also i'll need enough space for my work shoes and trousers/ skirt.

Any ideas?

Not in a rucksack imo.

Look at large messenger bags, or bags with across body straps? Rucksacks are just so, well, vile and practical!

Whats your budget/colour/ etc etc...

I saw someone on the street wearing a vintage leather rucksack. It was full of style and character (a nice, rich tan color - a bit like this this). No idea whether you could find one somewhere - ebay, charity shop? - and whether it would look good on you, but it certainly looked good on that person.

Madammecholet messenger bags are a good idea too... Am thinking maybe £100?

Cristiane I use this for lugging stuff about, laptop/clothes/kids stuff it has the second across body strap - but its £169....promo at moment for £15 off for mothers day but still may be too £££...
