Loreal wrinkle/ anti aging creams any good???

I have never ever tried loreal, i currently use dermoligica cleanser, toner and moisturiser.

Just wondering if any of them are any good?? If so which ones? They are all on offer at boots so I'm thinking now would be a good time to try them.

Please give your advice as I am cluless....

I have got my first few wrinkles and laughter lines that have appeared. I also have a few spots due to hormones, so would be good to know if they are really oily of not?

No, not for me.

Am converted to Olay Regenerist 3 Point Serum (not the cream). Good stuff.

Cleanser and eye makeup remover.....Waitrose own PURE brand.£1.94 and really excellent.

Thank for the reply. so with the serum do you still need cream as well? What does the serum do for you?

I use Lloreal Revitalift Deep Set Wrinkles which is currently on offer in Boots at £11 (usually £16). I love it, it is really light and suits my normal/dry skin. I absolutely hate thick creams and anything greasy on my skin but this is really nice and like a gel type cream, not at all oily.

I started buying this one to see if it would improve my 2 deep frown lines (apparently I frown in my sleep!) and it really has, my skin texture has improved and it is soft and glowing.

Youth Code is fab! I've been using it since it was launched and it makes my skin all soft and smooth.

I also bought the serum which was on offer last month at Superdrug at £15 instead of £25 and 3 for 2. The cream is always on affer at Boots or Superdrug in some form or another so never pay more than £10 for the day cream.

rusmum · 26/03/2011 21:06

what is the serum like? juat bought the day/night creams

moragbellingham · 27/03/2011 09:29

Sorry about the origin of the link.
The serum contains 10x the active ingredient contained in the day cream. I'm at an age where I don't tend to notice improvement, more a halting of the ravages of timeWink. I'm assuming in a few years time that my skin will still look as it is nowHmm.

So, it sinks in fine blah, blah, blah but I only ever notice a difference to the actual feel of my skin when I wear the day cream.

happenedagain · 27/03/2011 09:52

does the serum still feel like a cream when its on? As I feel like i need the moisture.

i dont use the day cream because ive got a clinique one at the moment. but i would do in future. the night cream is very nice

wendihouse22 · 29/03/2011 09:55

I only wear serum.....Olay Regenerist 3 Point Serum is excellent.

I then wear a foundation with factor 20spf

moragbellingham · 29/03/2011 19:25

happened - No, the serum sinks in, and doesn't leave any kind of moist feel on your skin.

I have been using vichy products for a little while and have to say have been very impressed, previously was using Lancome Genefique range and feel vichy just as good at quarter the price!
