The "find me a dress quick" challenge.

Have been feeling pretty good lately, but have had an overnight confidence crash, and have a night out tomorrow. I need a dress, not online, but from an actual shop! I am 14/16, late 30's and a winter type. I like feminine, not too dowdy, and the younger side of age appropriate. Any bright ideas? I need to be able to shop for it tomorrow. TIA

Sorry, forgot about my shape. Am an hourglass, pretty much in proportion. Stomach is reasonably flat(ish), but hips and top thighs are a bit too chunky. Average height.

Are you sure a shopping trip is a good plan if your confidence is low?

That Verity dress is gorgeous - wish it wasn't polyester! I think it would eb too long for me too but I LOVE it!

I agree, the FC dress is totally gorge. May have to go and try it, although like you belligerantG, reckon it'll be too long for me also.

I was talking about the gold-ish coloured Phase 8 one, Clure - but the FC one is nice too.

No! Could not find a thing. Went to phase 8 hunting down that beautiful gold one, but no joy. Went in something I found knocking around, and still felt nice in the end. Thanks for the suggestions anyhoo.
