Denim skirts ...

Hi

This winter I bought a short denim skirt in the Boden sale which has been good with my long boots but it's quite short.

Being clueless about these things I ask the gurus of Mumsnet S&B -

1. where can I get a more regular, knee length denim skirt. In my head it has buttons down the front (maybe better just for show rather than the real thing) and

2. Needs to be fairly cheap (£40 or under if possible)

3. Will I look stupid? Thinking of wearing them with funky sandals I don't own (or know about) yet ...

Next have those. They seem to be around a lot at the momets with wedge sandals or the like. A 70s sort of look.
