Are they worth it? I've been trying to pluck up the courage to fork out for them for eons. They are so expensive Shock

Will they perform miracles?

oh I have some, they aren't really all that - you could probably get similar effect by putting on cream and putting your feet in plastic bags to let it soak in!

jammietart · 23/03/2011 14:28

No, would say not. Any they are lethal if you try and walk about with them on.

jammietart · 23/03/2011 14:29

Agree completely with Emo76 re plastic bags

complete waste of money, they dont perform miracles at all -have had before, after a few uses feel quite unhygenic too (thick gel like rubber interior just sticks together) you can get much cheaper ones or as above plastic bag then a pair of socks on top, dont waste money on the bliss footbutter (or is it balm?) either, I think the best is CCS footcream from boots, often on a 3 for 2 promo, now that works miracles to scaly, scary dry feet!!

AlfalfaMum · 23/03/2011 20:23

Cheers all, you've saved me wasting a fortune :)

Will try the CCS footcream instead!

what is CCS? sound good!

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/03/2011 07:32

It's a urea based cream. Best used after a shower/bath as urea grabs moisture and holds it in the skin.

Doublebase gel works really well too.

Plastic bags not advisable. Just cream twice a day and don't soak them or walk barefoot. It toughens your skin.
